防撞鸟巢式护理在新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of collision-proof bird nest nursing in neonatal jaundice treated by blue light

目的研究防撞鸟巢式护理在新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗中的应用效果。方法选取蚌埠市第三人民医院2020年1月至2021年6月收治的108例新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)和观察组(54例)。对照组患儿采用常规护理方法,观察组患儿采用防撞鸟巢式护理方法,比较两组的血清胆红素水平、黄疸治疗指标、临床指标、临床治疗效果、护理满意度。结果两组干预前的总胆红素、间接胆红素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的总胆红素、间接胆红素水平低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的黄疸消退时间和黄疸指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论防撞鸟巢式护理对新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗的效果显著优于常规护理,更具推广价值。

Objective To study the application effect of collision-proof bird nest nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice by blue light.Methods A total of 108 newborns with neonatal jaundice treated with blue light who were admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(54 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given the routine nursing,and the observation group was given the collision-proof bird nest nursing.The serum bilirubin levels,jaundice treatment indicators,clinical indicators,clinical treatment effect,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The levels of total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the two groups after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The jaundice subsidence time and jaundice index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of collision-proof bird nest nursing is significantly better than that of routine nursing on the blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice,and has more promotion value.
