外事工作是医院管理的重要组成部分,有别于其他对内的行政工作。在对外交往过程中强调“为我所用”,根据国内外形势实时调整合作思路,实施全过程管理。北京妇产医院外事工作开展多年,形成了制度,积累了一定经验,但尚有提升空间,加之新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延,给外事管理带来新的挑战。站在这一特殊历史时期,进一步加强医院外事档案收录、办理流程、宣传手段、回访和事后评价、线上外事管理势在必行。

Foreign affairs work is an important part of the internal and external affairs of the hospital.In the process of foreign exchanges,it emphasizes“for my own use”,adjusts cooperation ideas in real time according to the situation at home and abroad,and implements the whole process management.Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital has been carrying out foreign affairs work for many years,and has formed system and certain experience reserves.However,there is still room for improvement.In addition,the global spread of the COVID-19 epidemic poses new challenges to foreign affairs management.Standing in this special historical period,it is imperative to further strengthen the collection of hospital foreign affairs archives,handling process,publicity measures,return visit,post evaluation and online foreign affairs management.
