摘要
汽提气冷却器是煤间接液化装置脱除工艺废水中污染物的关键设备之一。某煤化工企业汽提气冷却器频繁泄漏导致装置屡次停产,使用户苦恼不堪。通过系统分析,开展设备质量排查、运行检查、环境调查,结合设备使用工况综合分析发现:该设备运行中传热管内壁易结垢,垢下铵盐的电化学腐蚀是造成不锈钢传热管失效的主要原因,使用环境与设备原始设计匹配性不高和用户错误的堵管方式等因素加快了设备泄漏进程。最后通过优化设备设计,增加系统除氯、定期清洗等措施,新管束已经稳定运行超过3年,对同类设备稳定运行有一定的指导意义。
The stripping gas cooler is one of the key equipment in the indirect coal liquefaction unit to remove pollutants from the process waste water.The frequent leakage of the stripping gas cooler in a coal chemical enterprise resulted in repeated shutdowns of the device,and users were distressed.Systematic analysis,quality inspection,operation inspection,and environmental investigation were carried out on the leaking equipment.Combined with the comprehensive analysis of the operating conditions of the equipment,it was found that the inner wall of the heat transfer tube was prone to scaling during the operation of the equipment.Factors such as the poor match between the use environment and the original design of the equipment and the user's wrong way of plugging the pipes have exacerbated the process of equipment leakage.By optimizing equipment design,increasing system dechlorination,regular cleaning and other measures,the new tube bundle has been running stably for more than 3 years,which has certain guiding significance for the stable operation of similar equipment.
