摘要
胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(thymic stromal lymphopoietin,TSLP)在特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)的发病中发挥重要作用,可促进辅助性T细胞(Th)向Th2 Th22极化,并可引起瘙痒症状。TSLP还与AD的严重程度、持续时间和表皮屏障功能密切相关。多种内外源因素促进角质形成细胞释放TSLP。靶向抑制TSLP及其相关的细胞因子可以改善AD的临床症状。本文综述TSLP在AD的作用机制以及TSLP及其相关分子拮抗剂的最新临床应用。
Thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)plays an important role in the immunopathogenesis of atopic dermatitis(AD),which drives T helper cells to polarization of type 2 and type 22 immune response and induces itch.TSLP is strongly associated with severity and duration of AD and epidermal barrier function.A variety of endogenous or environmental factors may contribute to the production and release of TSLP in epidermal keratinocytes.Targeted inhibition of TSLP and TSLP-related cytokines may be of help to alleviate clinical symptoms of AD.The role of TSLP in the immunopathogenesis of AD and the latest clinical applications of antagonists against TSLP and TSLP-related cytokines were reviewed in this article.
