Research on Emergency Trip System of Steam Turbine in Thermal Power Plant

This article mainly introduces the emergency trip system of steam turbine(ETS for short),which is mainly used for the protection of steam turbine generator sets in critical situations,and together with DEH and TSI constitutes the monitoring and protection system of steam turbine generator sets.The mission of ETS is to ensure the safe operation of steam turbines and avoid major crashes.When the steam turbine is running,the parameters of some important items are monitored.When the value of these parameters exceeds the limit value,the system will issue an automatic shutdown command,emergency shut down all the steam inlet valves of the steam turbine,and force the steam turbine to stop to ensure the safety of the steam turbine generator set.
