文中首先基于电容式电压互感器的结构及原理进行介绍,然后针对一起35 kV电容式电压互感器运行中二次电压异常降低展开分析,采用多种手段并重点根据电气试验数据判断故障原因,提出相应技术措施予以防范。

Firstly,this paper introduces the structure and principle of capacitive voltage transformer,and then the abnormal reduction of secondary voltage in the operation of 35kV capacitive voltage transformer is analyzed,uses various means,and focus on judging the cause of the fault according to the electrical test data,and put forward corresponding technical measures to prevent it.
