摘要
某燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组汽轮机中压内缸进汽室裂纹的处理修复过程。结合G17CrMoV5-10材质特性和机组运行情况对裂纹产生原因进行分析。根据同类型设备处理经验和现场实际情况决定利用三轴铣设备进行机加工处理,处理后发现3处裂纹还需要进行挖补,根据材料的焊接性和现场实际情况制定了焊接和热处理工艺,挖补后渗透检查无裂纹,本次裂纹修复处理为同类型机组的中压缸裂纹缺陷预防和裂纹修复提供了一定的经验。
The treatment and repair process of cracks in the inlet chamber of the medium pressure inner cylinder of a gas-steam combined cycle unit steam turbine.Combined with the material properties of G17CrMoV5-10 and the operation of the unit,the causes of cracks are analyzed.According to the processing experience of the same type of equipment and the actual situation on site,it was decided to use three-axis milling equipment for machining processing.After processing,it was found that 3 cracks needed to be excavated and repaired.According to the weldability of the material and the actual situation on site,the welding and heat treatment process was formulated.After excavation and repairing No cracks were found in the penetration inspection.This crack repair treatment provided certain experience for crack defect prevention and crack repair of medium-pressure cylinders of the same type of units.
