农村电网工程竣工结算审核工作探讨

随着近年来我国经济建设的发展和人民生活水平的提高,我国农村电力需求量逐步加大,农村电网在实现村村通电的基础上也进行了多轮升级改造。但由于农村电网工程存在覆盖区域广、地形条件复杂、项目个数多、工程结算采用全费用计价模式、结算办理的时间较短的特点,结算审核要完成竣工资料核实、材料数量统计验算以及翻山越岭进行现场查勘等审核流程及工作,要求审核人员不仅要有熟练的专业素质,更要有高度的责任心和耐心,否则就会出现较大的失误。本文根据四川省农村电网工程的特点,并结合在竣工结算审核中的经验,对农村电网工程的竣工结算审核工作进行探讨。

With the development of China’s economic construction and the improvement of people's living standards in recent years,China’s rural power demand has gradually increased.On the basis of realizing village power supply,rural power grid has also carried out multiple rounds of upgrading and transformation.However,due to the problems of rural power grid project,such as wide coverage area,complex topographic conditions,large number of projects,full cost pricing mode for project settlement Due to the short time of settlement handling,the settlement audit should complete the audit processes and work such as verification of completion data,statistical checking calculation of material quantity and on-site investigation across mountains,which requires the auditors not only to have skilled professional quality,but also to have a high sense of responsibility and patience,otherwise there will be major mistakes.According to the characteristics of rural power grid projects in our province and combined with the experience in the completion settlement audit,this paper discusses the completion settlement audit of rural power grid projects.
