摘要
《黄帝内经》开篇便探讨“上古之人‘皆度百岁’,今时之人‘半百而衰’”的原因,并提出健康的生活方式,为中医养生思想奠定基础。文章通过浅析“上古之人”的养生思想,从日常生活中的“食饮有节、起居有常、导引有度、情志舒畅及房事有节”五方面进行探讨,强调健康养生的重要性,以达到“法于阴阳,和于术数”,最终以“度百岁乃去”。
The canon of the internal medicine discussed the reason why ancient people would live a long and healthy life while the health of modern people would begin to decline at their fifties at the beginning and put forward healthy lifestyles,laying a foundation for health-preserving thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine.This article studies thoughts of health-preserving,emphasizes the importance of health and health-preserving through a brief analysis of the health-preserving thoughts of ancient people and explores ways of health-preserving from the following five aspects:regulating diet,working and resting regularly,exercising properly,easing emotions and controlling intercourses in order to comply with the rules of Yin and Yang,adopt methods of health-preservation and live a long life.
