浅析从水饮论治失眠

Brief Analysis of the Treatment of Insomnia from the Pathogenesis of Fluid Retention

在当今社会失眠的发病率日益上升,严重影响到诸多人群的生活、工作和学习。中医将失眠称之为“不寐”,病机或以阴阳立论,或以五脏立论,或以痰瘀立论,以水饮立论者少见。近年来,由于生活方式和饮食习惯的改变,临床上亦可见到不少因水饮而致不寐的患者,而现阶段中医对于水饮导致失眠的机制及其治法方药尚未形成较系统的认识。文章立足于水饮,从古代医家的认识出发,认为导致不寐的机理主要为饮邪阻隔,阳不入阴;饮停心下,痰饮扰心;阳虚水泛,心肾不交;治疗以温阳化饮为主,并附以验案,旨在为中医治疗失眠提供新的思路与方法。

In today's society,the incidence of insomnia is increasing,which seriously affects the life,work and study of many people.In traditional Chinese medicine,insomnia is called"sleeplessness".The discussion of its pathogenesis is mostly based on the theory of yin and yang,five organs,phlegm and blood stasis,but rarely on the theory of fluid retention.In recent years,due to changes in lifestyle and dietary habits,many patients with insomnia caused by water drink can be seen clinically.However,Chinese medicine at this stage has not yet formed a relatively systematic understanding of the mechanism of insomnia caused by fluid retention and of its treatment.Therefore,based on fluid retention and the recognition of ancient physicians,this paper argues that the mechanism of insomnia is mainly due to reasons below:the fluid retention blocks the way which leads to yang not entering yin;the fluid retention below the heart affects its normal function;the deficiency of yang floods the water,resulting in a lack of interaction between the heart and kidney.And the treatment is based on warming yang and resolving fluid retention.At last,a case study is attached.This paper aims to provide new thoughts and methods for the treatment of insomnia in Chinese medicine.
