坤土建中法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征31例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating 31 Cases of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Kuntu Jianzhong Therapy

目的:观察坤土建中法治疗31例脾虚湿盛证腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各31例,对照组予口服匹维溴铵片治疗;观察组予坤土建中法治疗,两组均治疗2周,观察治疗前后两组IBS-SSS积分、IBS-QOL量表评分变化及疗效指数的变化。结果:治疗后,与本组治疗前比较,两组IBS-SSS积分、IBS-QOL量表评分变化及疗效指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而治疗后,观察组IBS-SSS积分、IBS-QOL量表评分变化及疗效指数与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:坤土建中法治疗脾虚湿盛证IBS-D效果较西药组显著,且坤土建中法操作简单,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kuntu Jianzhong Therapy in treating 31 cases of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with spleen deficiency and excess dampness syndrome.Methods 62 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral piravivir bromide tablets,the observation group was treated with Kuntu Jianzhong Therapy,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The changes of IBS-SSS score,IBS-QOL score and curative effect index were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,compared with before treatment,there were statistically significant differences in IBS-SSS score,IBS-QOL score and efficacy index between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in IBS-SSS score,IBS-QOL score and efficacy index between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntu Jianzhong Therapy is more effective than western medicine group in treating IBS-D of spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome,and Kuntu Jianzhong Therapy is simple to operate,which is worthy of popularization and application.
