MNT治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制水平及妊娠结局的影响研究

Effect of MNT Therapy on Blood Glucose Control Level and Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨对妊娠期糖尿病患者予以个体化营养治疗(MNT)对血糖水平控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法纳入该院于2019年11月—2020年12月收治的90例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,入院后按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组予以饮食干预,观察组则予以MNT治疗。检测两组治疗前后血糖指标,详细统计妊娠结局。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平相较无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项血糖指标水平均呈降低趋势,与对照组比较,观察组降低幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为2.22%,与对照组20.00%比较明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者予以MNT不仅可以有效控制血糖水平,还能降低不良妊娠结局发生率,具有较高安全性,可保障母婴生命健康安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nutritional therapy(MNT)on blood glucose level control and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 90 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled as research subjects.After admission,they were randomly divided into groups,45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group.The control group was given dietary intervention,while the observation group was given MNT treatment.The blood glucose indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were detected,and the pregnancy outcomes were counted in detail.Results Before treatment,there was no significant change in blood glucose levels in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of various blood glucose indicators in the two groups showed a decreasing trend,and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 2.22%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05).Conclusion MNT for gestational diabetes mellitus patients can not only effectively control blood glucose levels,but also reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.It has high safety and can protect the health and safety of mothers and babies.
