生化检验在老年2型糖尿病诊断中的应用研究

Application of Biochemical Tests in the Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Elderly

目的分析生化检验在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)老年患者诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年12月该院收治的118例老年患者的临床资料,依据有无T2DM分成观察组58例(存在T2DM)和对照组60例(无T2DM),两组均接受空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平检测。对比两组各项指标水平差异,并比较观察组中不同年龄、体质指数(BMI)、病程患者的各项指标水平。结果观察组FPG、HbA1c、TG、TC及LDL-C水平高于均对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。<70岁患者的各项指标水平优于≥70岁患者;除HDL-C外,BMI<25 kg/m^(2)患者的各项指标水平优于BMI≥25 kg/m^(2)患者;病程<5年患者的各项指标水平优于病程≥5年患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化检验能为临床诊断老年T2DM和提供重要参考依据,值得采用。

Objective To analyze the application of biochemical tests in the diagnosis of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 118 elderly patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the presence or absence of T2DM,they were divided into an observation group of 58 cases(with T2DM)and a control group of 60 cases(without T2DM).Both groups received fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level detection.The differences of the index levels between the two groups were compared,and the index levels of patients with different ages,body mass index(BMI)and disease duration in the observation group were compared.Results The levels of FPG,HbA1c,TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The index levels of patients aged<70 years were better than those of patients aged≥70 years;except for HDL-C,the index levels of patients with BMI<25 kg/m^(2)were better than those of patients with BMI≥25 kg/m^(2);the index level was better than that of patients with disease duration≥5 years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biochemical test can provide important reference for clinical diagnosis of elderly T2DM and is worthy of adoption.
