二甲双胍与预混胰岛素联用对2型糖尿病患者血糖指标水平与不良反应的影响

Influence of Metformin Combined with Premixed Insulin on Blood Glucose Index Levels and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的二甲双胍+预混胰岛素对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖指标水平与不良反应的影响分析。方法选取该院2020年1月—2021年10月收治的T2DM患者70例为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组(n=35)、观察组(n=35)。对照组采用二甲双胍,观察组联合预混胰岛素,对比两组治疗效果,血糖、胰岛素水平,不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血糖、胰岛素水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血糖、胰岛素水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于T2DM患者,相比较单纯应用二甲双胍,结合预混胰岛素治疗效果更佳,可降低患者血糖水平,改善胰岛素功能,且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of metformin+premixed insulin on blood glucose index levels and adverse reactions in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 70 patients with T2DM treated in the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)by drawing lots.The control group was given metformin,and the observation group was combined with premixed insulin.The treatment effects,blood glucose,insulin levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate between the two groups was compared and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose and insulin levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group in blood glucose and insulin levels were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with T2DM,compared with metformin alone,combined with premixed insulin therapy is more effective,can reduce blood glucose levels,improve insulin function,and has high safety.
