恩格列净与单药治疗对2型糖尿病患者预后恢复的影响研究

Effect of Empagliflozin and Monotherapy on Prognosis and Recovery of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的对2型糖尿病患者使用恩格列净进行治疗的效果进行探讨。方法选取2019年2月—2020年10月该院治疗的74例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽样法把患者随机分为常规组(37例)和研究组(37例)。常规组患者使用格列美脲进行治疗,研究组在常规组基础上使用恩格列净进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组低血糖发生率0.00%、空腹血糖(5.55±1.16)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.55±1.04)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(5.99±1.02)%、体质指数(23.33±1.44)kg/m^(2)、尿酸(342.11±24.26)μmol/L、尿微量白蛋白(25.13±20.05)mg/L、痩素(17.37±3.22)μg/L,各项指标水平均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.228,t=4.010、3.454、5.125、8.326、4.241、4.903、3.704,P<0.05)。结论为2型糖尿病患者使用恩格列净进行治疗,可以改善患者血糖水平,优化患者血压、脂代谢水平,治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of empagliflozin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 74 patients with type 2 diabetes who came to the hospital for treatment from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to random sampling method,patients were randomly divided into routine group(37 cases)and study group(37 cases).The patients in the routine group were treated with glimepiride,and the patients in the study group were treated with empagliflozin on the basis of general group,and the therapeutic effect of the patients between two groups was observed.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group was 0.00%,fasting blood glucose(5.55±1.16)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.55±1.04)mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin(5.99±1.02)%,body mass index(23.33±1.44)kg/m^(2),uric acid(342.11±24.26)μmol/L,urine microalbumin(25.13±20.05)mg/L,and toxin(17.37±3.22)μg/L.The level of each index was better than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.228,t=4.010,3.454,5.125,8.326,4.241,4.903,3.704,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of empagliflozin for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the blood glucose level,optimize the blood pressure and lipid metabolism of the patients,and the treatment effect is significant.
