妊娠期糖尿病患者围术期预防感染对策

Prevention of Infection during Perioperative Period in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析妊娠糖尿病产妇术后预防感染的护理对策。方法选取2019年12月—2020年12月于该院分娩的100例妊娠糖尿病患者,根据数字表达法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受一般护理模式,观察组接受预防感染护理。比较两组产妇护理前后的血糖水平、感染发生率、护理满意度、不良情况发生率。结果护理后,观察组产妇的空腹血糖、进食后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度92.0%,高于对照组74.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防感染护理应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者术后可在很大程度上减少感染情况发生,在调节血糖水平的同时,改善妊娠结局,确保母婴安全,促进产妇护理满意度升高。

Objective To analyze the nursing countermeasures to prevent postoperative infection in puerperae with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who delivered in the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the numerical expression method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing mode,and the observation group received infection prevention nursing.The blood glucose level,infection rate,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of adverse conditions were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the fasting blood sugar and 2 h blood sugar levels after eating of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maternal nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 92.0%,which was higher than that in the control group,which was 74.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Infection prevention nursing applied to patients with gestational diabetes mellitus after operation can reduce the occurrence of infection to a great extent,regulate blood sugar level,improve pregnancy outcomes,ensure the safety of mothers and babies,and promote maternal nursing satisfaction.
