温针灸治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency

目的探讨对脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病(DN)应用温针灸治疗的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2021年4月68例脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病为患者研究对象,随机分成治疗组与对照组,各34例。对照组给予常规西医治疗3个月,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用温针灸干预3个月,比较中医证候积分、肾功能指标变化以及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后各项中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后胱抑素C(CysC)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组各指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗脾肾阳虚型DN的效果突出,能显著改善患者肾功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)with spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Methods From January 2019 to April 2021,68 diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for 3 months,and the treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion for 3 months on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores,changes in renal function indexes and clinical efficacy were compared.Results The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cystatin C(CysC),serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion have outstanding effects in the treatment of DN with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and can significantly improve the renal function of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
