摘要 本文重点研究基于出钢时间控制和模型计算的转炉自动出钢功能实现方案。首先研究基础自动化系统(L1),实现转炉倾动、出钢车、合金加料、钢包吹氩和滑板挡渣系统的联动控制,研究倾动、钢车实时微调功能,并增加自动出钢安全连锁控制;接着开发了出钢模型计算(L2),根据出钢口寿命、炉次预估出钢量和历史曲线等数据,自动调整和下发不同出钢阶段的出钢设定曲线;然后研究了自动出钢炉口渣线检测、钢包液位检测和底吹气眼分析等视觉检测系统,实现炉口溢渣预警、钢液外泄预警及底吹强度实时监控等功能;最后本系统在唐钢新区1#200t转炉成功进行了实施与应用。通过本文自动出钢的研究与应用,弥补了基于出钢时间控制方式的弊端,降低了企业改造成本,同时增强了出钢过程的安全性,大大提高了转炉自动出钢的投入率。 This paper focuses on the realization scheme of Converter Automatic Tapping Function based on Tapping Time and Model Calculation.Firstly,the basic automation system(L1)was studied to realize the linkage control of tilting of converter,Ladle car,alloy feeding,argon blowing,slide plate slag retaining system.The realtime adjusting function of tilting and ladle car was studied,and the safety chain control of auto tapping was added.Secondly,the auto tapping model(L2)is developed.Automatically adjust and send the setting curve of different tapping stages according to the data such as tapping port life,furnace number,estimated tapping volume and historical curve.Then the visual detection systems such as slag line detection at the furnace mouth,ladle liquid level detection and bottom blowing air eye analysis are studied to realize the functions of slag overflow early warning,liquid steel leakage early warning and bottom blowing intensity real-time monitoring.Finally,the system has been successfully implemented and applied in Tanggang New Area 1#200t converter.Through the research and application of automatic tapping in this paper,the disadvantages of tapping time control mode are made up,the transformation cost of enterprises is reduced,the safety of tapping process is enhanced,and the investment rate of converter automatic tapping is greatly improved.
