膀胱部分切除术与经尿道电切术治疗膀胱癌的对比研究

Comparative Study of Partial Cystectomy and Transurethral Resection for Bladder Cancer

目的研究膀胱癌患者行膀胱部分切除术与经尿道电切术治疗的效果。方法随机选取该院2019年5月—2021年5月收治的80例膀胱癌患者为研究对象,按照“硬币分组法”分为部分组(膀胱部分切除术,n=40)、电切组(经尿道电切术,n=40),比较分析两组疗效。结果术前,两组生活质量及炎症因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,与部分组比较,电切组SF-36评分更高,IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及TNF-α指标更佳,手术、冲洗膀胱、留置导尿管及住院时间更短,术中出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电切组并发症发生率(5.00%)低于部分组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。结论经尿道电切术治疗膀胱癌可提高生活质量、增强抗炎机制,减少并发症、达到预期手术效果,值得推崇。

Objective To study the effects of partial cystectomy and transurethral resection in patients with bladder cancer.Methods 80 patients with bladder cancer admitted in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the"coin grouping method",they were divided into partial group(partial cystectomy,n=40)and electroresection group(transurethral electroresection,n=40),the efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation,compared with partial groups,the SF-36 score of electroresection group was higher,the indicators of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αwere better,the operation,bladder flushing,indwelling catheter and hospital stay were shorter,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the electroresection group(5.00%)was lower than that in partial groups(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection for bladder cancer can improve the quality of life,enhance the anti-inflammatory mechanism,reduce complications,and achieve the expected surgical results.It is worthy of praise.
