摘要
目的观察分析2型糖尿病患者血糖在目标范围内的时间与视网膜病变风险的相关性。方法选取该院在2019年1月—2020年1月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者,根据免散瞳眼底照相检查结果分为非视网膜病变患者(A组)、非增生型视网膜病变患者(B组)、增生型视网膜病变患者(C组),每组均为20例。采用统计学分析3组平均血糖水平、标准差、平均血糖波动幅度、体质量、平均糖尿病病程时间、在目标范围内的时间、空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、血清总胆固醇水平、三酰甘油水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、血肌酐浓度、甲功。结果3组患者体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组、C组平均糖尿病病程时间、空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、血清总胆固醇水平、三酰甘油水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、血肌酐浓度、甲功和A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均血糖水平、标准差、平均血糖波动幅度随着眼底病变程度逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖在目标范围内的时间与2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者血糖在目标范围内的时间与视网膜病变风险密切相关。
Objective To observe and analyze the correlation between the time of blood glucose within the target range and the risk of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.According to the results of non-mydriatic fundus photography,patients were divided into non-retinopathy patients(group A),non-proliferative retinopathy patients(group B),and proliferative retinopathy patients(group C),with 20 cases in each group.The average blood glucose level,standard deviation,average blood glucose fluctuation range,body weight,average duration of diabetes,time within the target range,fasting blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum total cholesterol level,triglyceride level,Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level,serum creatinine concentration,thyroid function.Results There was no statistically significant difference in body weight among the three groups of patients(P>0.05);the average duration of diabetes,fasting blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum total cholesterol level,triglyceride level,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level,serum creatinine concentration,thyroid function were compared between groups A,groups B and groups C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the average blood glucose level,standard deviation and average blood glucose fluctuation range increased gradually with the degree of fundus lesions,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time that blood glucose was within the target range was positively correlated with patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy(P<0.05).Conclusion The time that blood glucose is within the target range is closely related to the risk of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.
