曲美他嗪治疗对冠心病糖尿病心力衰竭患者心功能及血糖水平的影响

Effects of Trimetazidine Treatment on Cardiac Function and Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Diabetic Heart Failure

目的探究曲美他嗪对冠心病糖尿病心力衰竭患者心功能及血糖水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月该院住院诊断冠心病糖尿病心力衰竭患者100例作为研究对象,采取电脑分配法分为对照组(n=50),观察组(n=50)。对照组采取强心降糖等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采取曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者心脏功能指标(LVEF、LEVDD、LVESD);血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖);治疗有效率。结果冠心病糖尿病心力衰竭患者经曲美他嗪治疗后,观察组患者心功能指标(LVEF、LEVDD、LVESD)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血糖控制水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予患者曲美他嗪治疗后,能够改善患者心功能,控制患者血糖,具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on cardiac function and blood glucose level in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetic heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetic heart failure in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by computer assignment method.The control group was given routine treatment such as cardiotonic and hypoglycemic;the observation group was given trimetazidine treatment on this basis.The cardiac function indexes(LVEF,LEVDD,LVESD);blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose);and treatment efficiency were compared in the two groups.Results After trimetazidine treatment in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetic heart failure,the cardiac function indexes(LVEF,LEVDD,LVESD)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control of blood glucose level in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine treatment can improve the cardiac function and control the blood glucose of the patients,which has a good clinical effect.
