综合护理干预应用于皮下注射胰岛素糖尿病患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Patients with Subcutaneous Insulin Injection

目的分析探讨皮下注射胰岛素糖尿病患者接受综合护理干预对其临床效果产生的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月该院收治的100例皮下注射胰岛素糖尿病患者为研究对象,应用随机抽签法分为观察组(n=50,接受综合护理干预)和参照组(n=50,接受常规护理干预),对比两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组餐后2 h血糖水平(8.17±1.54)mmol/L、空腹血糖水平(5.21±1.08)mmol/L以及糖化血红蛋白水平(6.03±1.14)%均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.615、6.975、6.175,P<0.05);观察组生理维度评分(15.65±2.54)分、心理/精神维度评分(13.55±2.84)分、社会维度评分(9.44±1.58)分、治疗维度评分(6.34±1.03)分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.007、11.376、8.355、8.765,P<0.05);观察组护理总依从率96.00%高于参照组82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率2.00%低于参照组18.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预手段应用在皮下注射胰岛素糖尿病患者的临床护理中,可以显著提升护理效果,其应用价值显著,适宜普及使用。

Objective To analyze the influence of subcutaneous insulin injection in diabetic patients receiving comprehensive nursing intervention on their clinical effect.Methods 100 cases diabetic patients with subcutaneous insulin injection who were treated in the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=50,receiving comprehensive nursing intervention)and reference group(n=50,receiving routine nursing intervention)by random drawing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the postprandial blood glucose level(8.17±1.54)mmol/L,fasting blood glucose level(5.21±1.08)mmol/L and glycosylated hemoglobin level(6.03±1.14)%of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.615,6.975,6.175,P<0.05).The scores of physiological dimension(15.65±2.54)points,psychological/spiritual dimension(13.55±2.84)ponts,social dimension(9.44±1.58)points and treatment dimension(6.34±1.03)points of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.007,11.376,8.355,8.765,P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate 96.00%of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group 82.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of the observation group was 2.00%lower than that of the reference group,which was 18.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus by subcutaneous injection of insulin can significantly improve the nursing effect,and its application value is significant and suitable for popular use.
