个性化护理干预对糖尿病合并高血压患者的护理效果及应用价值研究

Nursing Effect and Application Value of Individualized Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨个性化护理干预对糖尿病合并高血压患者的护理效果及应用价值。方法该研究选取东营市中医院心内科2018年12月—2020年12月收治的80例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行个性化护理干预,观察并比较两组患者的血糖水平、血压值、不良反应发生率、护理满意度等方面的情况。结果观察组患者的血糖水平明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压与对照组比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5%;对照组不良反应发生率为20%,观察组患者不良反应发生率明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95%;对照组护理满意度为70%,观察组患者护理满意度明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并高血压患者护理中应用个性化护理干预,不仅能提高护理满意度,还能降低患者的血压值和血糖值,降低不良反应发生率,促进患者的恢复,具有一定临床价值,值得在临床上加以广泛推广以及应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect and application value of individualized nursing intervention on diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods In this study,80 patients with diabetes and hypertension admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Dongying Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,blood pressure value,incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction and other aspects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The blood glucose level of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95%,the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 70%,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with diabetes and hypertension can not only improve nursing satisfaction,but also reduce the blood pressure and blood sugar values of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of patients.It has certain clinical value and is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
