穴位艾灸治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的有效性分析

Efficacy Analysis of Acupoint Moxibustion in the Treatment of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

目的探析糖尿病神经源性膀胱采取穴位艾灸进行干预的效果。方法随机选择2018年1月—2021年1月该院收治的98例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者作为研究对象,所有患者在进入医院后均实施常规治疗干预,按照随机数表分为对照组、观察组,每组49例。对照组采取膀胱功能训练干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采取穴位艾灸干预,对比两组患者治疗总有效率、膀胱功能指标及尿流动力学指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者日平均尿失禁次数、日单次最大尿量、日平均单次尿量、日平均排尿次数等膀胱功能指标与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组最大尿流速率、最大膀胱测压容积、残余尿量等尿流动力学指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病神经源性膀胱采取穴位艾灸进行干预可改善患者的膀胱功能及尿流动力学指标,对改善患者的治疗预后有积极的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint moxibustion on diabetic neurogenic bladder.Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects.All patients received routine treatment intervention after entering the hospital.According to the principle of random number table grouping,the control group and the observation group were divided,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given bladder function training intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint moxibustion intervention on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,bladder function indexes and urodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences in bladder function indexes such as frequency(P<0.05);after intervention,there were statistically significant differences in urodynamic indexes such as maximum urinary flow rate,maximum cystometric capacity,and residual urine volume between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of acupoint moxibustion in diabetic neurogenic bladder can improve the bladder function indexes and urodynamic indexes of patients,and has a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients.
