妊娠期糖尿病检验中糖化血红蛋白的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Glycosylated Hemoglobin in the Test of Gestational Diabetes

目的对糖化血红蛋白检验在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的临床作用进行观察与探究。方法选取2020年8月—2021年7月接收的58例妊娠期糖尿病患者及58名健康妊娠期女性作为研究对象,其中前者作为观察组,后者作为对照组;对上述两组研究对象进行空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白检测,并观察其妊娠结局。结果观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FPG、HbAlc的阳性检出率(24.14%、29.31%)均显著高于对照组(5.17%、12.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的剖宫产、胎膜早破、羊水过多、巨大儿、早产儿发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行糖化血红蛋白检验,可为其疾病的诊断与治疗提供有力的依据,从而使孕妇得到及早的治疗,避免不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective To observe and explore the clinical role of glycosylated hemoglobin test in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods From August 2020 to July 2021,58 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and 58 healthy pregnant women were selected as the research objects,the former as the observation group and the latter as the control group.Fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were detected in the above two groups,and the pregnancy outcome were observed.Results The lever of FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of FPG and HbAlc in the observation group(24.14%,29.31%)were significantly higher than the control group(5.17%,12.07%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section,premature rupture of membranes,polyhydramnios,macrosomia,and preterm infants in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The glycosylated hemoglobin test for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can provide a powerful basis for the diagnosis and treatment of their diseases,so that pregnant women can receive early treatment and avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.
