针对性护理干预在糖尿病并发脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Targeted Nursing Intervention in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Diabetes and Stroke and Hemiplegia

目的探究针对性护理干预在糖尿病并发脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中应用价值。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月该院收治的86例糖尿病并发脑卒中偏瘫患者作为该次研究对象,按照数字表法,随机将研究对象分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43),分别选择常规护理方案和针对性护理干预,比较两组血糖水平、肢体功能、日常生活能力和护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度比对照组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理前两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后血糖水平比护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理前肢体功能和日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组肢体功能评分和日常生活能力评分比护理前高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病并发脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中实施针对性护理干预,可以提升护理满意度,改善患者肢体功能,提升患者日常生活能力,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the value of targeted nursing intervention in rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegic patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes complicated with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to the number table method,the study objects were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).Chose conventional nursing plan and targeted nursing intervention respectively.Compared the two groups of blood glucose levels,limb function,ability of daily living and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group's nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the blood glucose levels of the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),the blood glucose level after nursing was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference in the scores of limb function and daily living ability before nursing was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of limb function and ability of daily living after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing interventions in the rehabilitation of patients with diabetes complicated with stroke and hemiplegia can increase nursing satisfaction,improve the patient's limb function,and enhance the patient's ability of daily living.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
