眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Fundus Laser Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的研究眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年7月该院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者82例,按照随机数表法将患者分为两组,各41例。参照组应用眼底激光治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗,对两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后视力水平、黄斑中心凹厚度、视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积、血流动力学进行观察与比较。结果研究组临床总有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视力水平、黄斑中心凹厚度、视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积、血流动力学比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组视力水平显著高于参照组,黄斑中心凹厚度、视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积显著小于参照组,视网膜中央动脉-舒张末期血流速度(CRV-EDV)、视网膜中央动脉-收缩期峰值血流速度(CRV-PSV)、眼动脉-舒张末期血流速度(OA-EDV)、眼动脉-收缩期峰值血流速度(OA-PSV)显著大于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变患者应用眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗的效果更加确切,能够显著提高患者视力水平,改善患者血流动力学。

Objective To study the effect of fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A selection of 82 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to July 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each.The reference group was treated with fundus laser,and the study group was treated with calcium dobesilate on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy,and visual acuity,the thickness of the fovea,the leakage area of fluorescein in retinal neovascularization,and hemodynamics before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in visual acuity,foveal thickness,fluorescein leakage area of retinal neovascularization,and hemodynamics between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the thickness of the fovea and the fluorescein leakage area of retinal neovascularization were significantly smaller than those of the reference group,the central retinal artery-end-diastolic blood flow velocity(CRV-EDV),the central retinal artery-peak systolic blood flow velocity(CRV-PSV),ophthalmic artery-end-diastolic blood flow velocity(OA-EDV),and ophthalmic artery-peak systolic blood flow velocity(OA-PSV)were significantly higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate treatment in patients with diabetic retinopathy is more accurate, which can significantly improve the visual acuity of the patients and improve the hemodynamics of the patients.
