摘要
《我不再感到歉意》是瓦努阿图著名诗人卡利·瓦托科和艾伯特·莱奥马拉创作于反殖民时期的文学经典之作。从当下、过去和未来三个时间维度,分别探究诗中涉及文化身份建构的时空性文化内涵。研究认为,诗人通过极富想象力的诗性书写,先后引领作为预设读者的土著族群穿越在当下、过去和未来的不同时空中,使之更加明确和深刻地理解当下时空中被奴役的民族文化身份及其历史原因,进而在穿越时空的宏大历史叙事中使之更好地把握当下时空中的文化身份以及探究未来时空中如何建构理想的文化身份。
Vanuatu is one of 14 island countries with independent sovereignty in the South Pacific,and also an important signatory participant of“the Belt and the Road”Initiative along the southern route.I’m Not Sorry Any More is a classic work by Kali Vatoko and Albert Leomara,the famous poets of Vanuatu during its anti-colonial period.This paper will explore the temporal and spatial connotations of the construction of cultural identity in po⁃etry from three temporal dimensions:present,past and future.The study suggests that,with imaginative poetic writing,the poets lead the indigenous ethnic groups as the preset readers travelling through the different times in the present,the past and the future,enabling them to have a more clear and profound understanding of the cultur⁃al identity of the enslaved nationality and its historical reasons in the present time and space,which offer aborigi⁃nes a chance to better grasp how to construct the ideal cultural identity in the future time and space through the grand historical dimension of time and space.
