Analysis of Quality Risk Management of CNAS Accreditation Laboratory in Enterprises

主要从实验室风险管理控制的角度出发,结合公司CNAS认可实验室目前运行的实际情况,介绍了实验室风险管理的意义,分析了CNAS管理体系的运行、人员、仪器设备、实际耗材、标准方法、环境设施、报告审核七个方面的实验室风险点,并给予了相应的风险管理措施,为实验室的风险防控提供一些启示和帮助,实现对实验室风险的有效管理和规避,从而促进实验室的健康发展。

This article mainly from the laboratory risk management control point of view,combined with the actual situation of CNAS accredited laboratory,introduced the significance of laboratory risk management,this paper analyzes the laboratory risk points in seven aspects of CNAS management system operation,personnel,instrument and equipment,actual consumables,standard methods,environmental facilities and report audit,and gives corresponding risk management measures,it provides some enlightenment and help for the risk prevention and control of the laboratory,realizes the effective management and elusion of the laboratory risk,thus promotes the healthy development of the laboratory.
