灌装生产关系着白酒成品酒的质量和生产效率,白酒企业在灌装过程中普遍采用的全自动高速封罐机,由于礼盒规格、设备误差等因素的影响,导致白酒礼盒的一次封罐合格率不高。分析与探讨了影响白酒礼盒一次封罐合格率的关键因素,并按照PDCA循环等QC活动方法制定解决方案,采取改变离合销轴结构与销轴弹簧形状、调整封罐机夹具结构、改善礼盒马口铁盖的结构等措施,并通过生产验证,明显提升了白酒礼盒的一次封罐合格率,节约了生产成本,优化了白酒灌装过程。

The filling production is related to the quality and production efficiency of Baijiu in a commercial bottle.The automatic high-speed canning machine is widely used in the filling process of Baijiu enterprises,result in Baijiu gift-box one-time sealed the qualified rates is not high.This paper analyzed and discussed the key factors that affect the pass rates of the first sealing of Baijiu gift-box,and formulates the solution according to the QC activity methods such as PDCA circulation,by changing the structure of the clutch pin and the shape of the pin spring,adjusting the clamp structure of the can-sealing machine and improving the structure of the tin-plate lid of gift-box.Through the production verification,the qualified rates of one-time sealing of the gift-box of Baijiu was obviously raised,the invention saves the production cost and optimizes the filling process of Baijiu.
