摘要
疫情防控常态化使得医疗机构出现床位资源紧张、床位使用不均衡等问题,构建患者住院准备中心,在门诊完成住院告知、术前检查甚至麻醉评估等流程,缩短术前住院日,在保证医疗质量的前提下加快床位周转,使患者错峰进入病区,减轻病区高峰时段的工作压力。住院准备中心在医院层面有利于缩短患者平均住院日,加快床位周转,改善患者就医体验。疫情防控期间,减少患者医院逗留时间,避免院内交叉感染,使医院疫情防控工作有序进行。
The COVID-19 epidemic leads to the problems of limited bed resources and unbalanced bed utilization.Inpatient preparation center was constructed for hospitalization notification,pre-surgery examination and anesthesia evaluation,in order to shorten the length of stay,increase bed rotation rate,and to relieve the pressure of ward.The center helped shorten the average length of stay,promote the bed rotation,improve medical experience of the patient.During the COVID-19 epidemic,the construction of the center reduced the patients’ stay at hospital,prevented the nosocomial infection,and facilitated epidemic prevention and control.
