精神病患者暴力降阶技术专家共识与形成方法探讨

Discussion on Expert Consensus of Psychiatric Violence Deescalation Technology

目的 探讨并形成精神病患者暴力降阶技术的专家共识。方法 采用改良的德尔菲法,完成两轮专家函询。在改良的德尔菲法中重要性共识标准为均值≥4、认可度≥75%。结果 两轮专家函询的问卷回收率分别为90%和100%。62个条目中共有53个技术条目达到重要性共识标准(85.5%),9个技术条目没有达到(14.5%)。结论 根据“三线和重点推荐”确定暴力降阶技术共识,为培训中结构化评价的制定提供参考,也为医院相关管理政策的制定提供依据。

Objective To explore and develop expert consensus of psychiatric violence de-escalation.Methods Modified Delphi method was used to complete two rounds of expert enquiries.In the modified Delphi method,the importance consensus criteria was mean ≥ 4 and agreement ≥ 75%.Results The response rate of two rounds was 90% and 100%,respectively.Of the 62 items,53 technical items met the importance consensus standard(85.5%),and 9 technical items did not(14.5%).Conclusion Expert consensus of violence de-escalation was decided according to the principle of three grades and key recommendation,which can provide reference for the formulation of structured evaluation in training and the decision making of hospital management policies.
