酶联免疫吸附法在血清舒芬太尼血药浓度检测中的应用

Application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the detection of serum sufentanil concentration

目的:探究酶联免疫吸附法检测血清舒芬太尼血药浓度效果。方法:选用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者手术麻醉期间舒芬太尼血药浓度。结果:标准曲线在0.050~1.500μg/L浓度内线性关系良好,R^(2)=0.999,检测限0.05μg/L;日内与日间精密度RSD值分别为0.47%~5.70%和1.54%~8.15%;平均回收率96.67%~101.20%,RSD 0.64%~4.97%;三种麻醉药物交叉反应率均<0.01%。结论:酶联免疫吸附法能准确检测血清舒芬太尼血药浓度,具有操作简单、检测速度快等优势,可用于临床舒芬太尼的血药浓度监测。

Objective:To explore the effect of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in detecting serum sufentanil concentration.Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the blood concentration of sufentanil during anesthesia.Results:The linear range of the standard curve was 0.050~1.500μg/L,R^(2)=0.999,and the detection limit was 0.05μg/L,the RSD values of intra day and inter day precision were 0.47%~5.70%and 1.54%~8.15%respectively.The average recoveries were 96.67%~101.20%and RSD was 0.64%~4.97%.The cross reaction rates of the three anesthetics were all<0.01%.Conclusion:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay can accurately detect the serum sufentanil concentration,which has the advantages of simple operation and fast detection speed.It can be used to monitor the plasma concentration of sufentanil.
