新媒体环境下高校学生管理工作的思考

Reflections on the Management of College Students under the New Media Environment

新媒体技术的日益发展和普及,给高校学生管理工作提供了新的载体,同时也带来了巨大的挑战。在新媒体环境下,高校学生的交流方式、学习方式、生活方式、获取信息的方式都发生了变化。学生管理工作队伍应紧跟时代步伐,将新媒体充分运用到学生管理工作中,创新工作方法,提高工作技能,更新管理理念。本文分析了新媒体的内涵以及新媒体对高校学生管理工作的影响,从加强理想信念教育、多渠道开展网络安全教育、加强学生管理工作队伍建设、引导大学生合理使用手机四个方面提出了对策。

the increasing development and popularization of new media technology not only provides a new carrier for the management of college students, but also brings great challenges.In the new media environment, the way of communication, learning, life style and access to information of college students have changed.The student management team should keep up with the pace of the times, make full use of new media in student management, innovate working methods, improve working skills and update management ideas.This paper analyzes the connotation of new media and the impact of new media on college student management, and puts forward countermeasures from four aspects: Strengthening Ideal and belief education, carrying out network security education through multiple channels, strengthening the construction of student management team, and guiding college students to use mobile phones reasonably.
