摘要
绩效评价作为提升高校教师“职业三感”的重要工具和重要手段,对于新时代高等学校创新教育教学改革和提升人才培养质量,具有机制性和基础性的影响。通过分析高校教师“职业三感”的现状及影响因素,剖析绩效评价对高校教师“职业三感”的重要意义,探索基于绩效评价增强高校教师“职业三感”的机制和路径。
Performance evaluation, as an important tool and means to improve the "three senses of occupation" of college teachers, has an institutional and fundamental impact on the innovation of education and teaching reform and the improvement of talent training quality in the new era of higher education.By analyzing the status quo and influencing factors of the "three professional senses" of university teachers, the significance of performance evaluation to the "three professional senses" of university teachers is analyzed, and the mechanism and path of enhancing the "three professional senses" of university teachers based on performance evaluation is explored.
