摘要
鉴于31Si2MnCrMoVE钢的生产现状及装备条件,提出了一种冶炼方法,即“真空感应炉+电渣工艺”工艺。对于采用新工艺生产的31Si2MnCrMoVE钢,通过金相组织分析、化学成分、常规力学性能、断裂韧度测试,各项指标均符合相关标准。表明该工艺可行,从而使该钢种在没有双真空冶炼设备的情况下得以生产。
In view of the production status and equipment condition of 31Si2MnCrMoVE,31Si2MnCrMoVE smelting method,namely vacuum induction and electroslag remelting,is proposed.Through the microstructure analysis,the chemical compositions testing,the mechanical properties and ductile fracture toughness,the index arms proved to meet the related standards,showing the practicability of the technology.With the new technology,the 31Si2MnCrMoVE steel can be produced without double vacuum metallurgy.
