摘要
针对多个矿点炼焦煤,通过对膨胀度、组织成分以及变质度等的分析,得知:变质度、指数值以及膨胀度一样,或这些参数悬殊不大的单种煤,在组织结构上存在着较大的不同。这与镜质组含量无关,主要是由于活性较低造成的。通过胶质层指数以及膨胀度,在对结焦性进行分析时,会有一定的局限性,这一指标的合理评价,不但与变质度有关,而且与塑性以及组织结构也有关。
As to coking coal from multiple ore occurrences,through the analysis of expansion degree,tissue composition and metamorphic degree,it is known that single coal with the same metamorphic degree,index value and expansion degree,or with little difference in these parameters,has great differences in organizational structure.This has nothing to do with the content of vitrinite,which is mainly caused by low activity.There will be some limitations in the analysis of coking through glial layer index and expansion degree.The reasonable evaluation of this index is related not only to the degree of modification,but also to plasticity and microstructure.
