摘要
基于在生产中发现250 mm×360 mm断面连铸坯低倍样有明显的白亮带负偏析框,中心偏析严重,进行末端电磁搅拌试验。通过分析连铸坯低倍样内部质量和碳硫分析中心碳偏析,寻找到最优的电磁搅拌参数。
According to fact that the low magnification sample of 250 mm×360 mm section continuous casting billet has obvious white bright band negative segregation frame,and the central segregation is serious,the end electromagnetic stirring test is carried out.The optimal electromagnetic stirring parameters were found by analyzing the internal quality of the low magnification sample of the continuous casting slab and the carbon segregation in the carbon sulfur analysis center.
