摘要
通过在竖炉球团生产过程中配加红土矿,检验其降低膨润土配比、强化造球效果的作用;通过生产试验,检验其在竖炉焙烧的效果,探究对球团矿强度等指标造成的影响,以及最终能否达到降低球团矿成本的目的。试验证明,不超过5%比例的红土矿可用在竖炉球团生产工艺中,能降低0.5%~0.7%的膨润土配比;使用红土矿后,球团矿强度基本与正常生产状态下强度相同,没有出现明显下降。
By adding laterite ore in the production process of shaft furnace pellet,its function of reducing the proportion of bentonite and strengthening the pelletizing effect was tested.Through the production test,the effect of roasting in the shaft furnace is test,and the impact on the indexes such as pellet strength is explored to ensure whether it can achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of pellet.The test shows that laterite can be used in shaft furnace pellet production process under the condition of no more than 5%,and the ratio of bentonite can be reduced by 0.5%~0.7%.After using laterite ore,the strength of pellet is basically the same as that under normal production,and there is no obvious decrease.
