摘要
为使液压支架在井下作业中能发挥良好的作用,除了要保障其具备较强的承载性能以外,还要对液压支架的自重加以控制,为井下运输和安装提供便利。通过从高强度板材匹配、焊接工艺匹配、焊接材料匹配和耐腐蚀材料匹配几个方面分别探讨提升液压支架综合性能的具体材料选用方案,达成了提升液压支架承载性能和控制支架自重的目标。
In order to make the hydraulic support play a good role in underground operation,in addition to ensuring its strong bearing performance,the self weight of the hydraulic support should be controlled to facilitate underground transportation and installation.By discussing the specific material selection scheme to improve the comprehensive performance of the hydraulic support from the aspects of high-strength plate matching,welding process matching,welding material matching and corrosion-resistant material matching,the goal of improving the bearing performance of the hydraulic support and controlling the dead weight of the support is achieved.
