摘要 为实现连铸-轧线工序的热送连轧工艺,宣钢二钢轧厂针对现有连铸工艺和设备设施不能满足绿色低碳生产工艺要求进行了技术创新。通过研制新型移钢机拨爪、柔性接坯装置以及工艺技术优化等一系列措施,满足了连铸热连轧衔接,有效地降低了钢坯加热煤气消耗,提高了轧机生产效率,实现了钢铁的低成本、高效化生产。 In order to realize the hot delivery and continuous rolling process of continuous casting rolling line process,the second steel rolling plant of Xuansteel Company has carried out technological innovation aiming at the fact that the existing continuous casting process and equipment and facilities can not meet the requirements of green and low-carbon production process.Through the development of a series of measures such as the new steel moving machine claw,flexible billet connecting device and process technology optimization,the connection of continuous casting and hot continuous rolling is met,the billet heating gas consumption is effectively reduced,the rolling mill production efficiency is improved,and the low-cost and efficient production of iron and steel is realized,which has good popularization value in the iron and steel industry.
