冷轧深冲钢夹杂控制技术的研究与应用

摘要 通过对深冲钢冷轧卷夹杂缺陷分类,并使用扫描电镜化验缺陷处成分,结合现场实际生产经验,分析了深冲钢孔洞、线状夹杂、起皮缺陷的形成机理。根据深冲钢生产过程特点,从转炉冶炼操作、RH冶炼操作、连铸机浇注、连铸坯质量检查和铸坯精整等方面制定了针对性控制措施。通过这些措施的落实,冷轧深冲钢夹杂缺陷大幅度减少,镀锌产线9月夹杂改判率降低至0.69%,较最高时降低了70.39%;连退产线9月夹杂改判率降低至0.46%,较最高时降低了41.77%,效果显著。 By classifying the inclusion defects of deep drawing steel cold rolled coil,and testing the composition of the defects by scanning electron microscope,combined with the actual production experience,the formation mechanism of deep drawing steel holes,linear inclusions and peeling defects is analyzed.According to the characteristics of deep drawing steel production process,targeted control measures are formulated from the aspects of converter smelting operation,RH smelting operation,continuous casting machine pouring,continuous casting billet quality inspection and billet finishing.Through the implementation of these measures,the inclusion defects of cold-rolled deep drawing steel have been greatly reduced,and the inclusion correction rate of galvanized production line in September has been reduced to 0.69%,70.39% lower than the highest.In September,the mixed judgment correction rate of the continuous withdrawal production line was reduced to 0.46%,41.77% lower than the highest,and the effect was remarkable.
