摘要
层流冷却装置用水量是热轧带钢全线设备用水系统中最大的一个系统,因此根据层流冷却循环水原理、供水特点及设备结构,对层流冷却设备中高位水箱和层流泵站进行改造,并合理优化层流供水工艺,以达到节能降耗、降低生产成本、增加企业效益的目的。
The water consumption of laminar cooling device is the largest system in the water consumption system of hot rolled strip line equipment.According to the principle of circulating water,water supply characteristics and equipment structure of laminar cooling,through the transformation of high water tank and laminar pumping station in laminar cooling equipment,the laminar water supply process is reasonably optimized to achieve energy saving,reduce production costs and increase enterprise benefits.
