摘要
为了保证双相高强汽车板成分稳定性,缩小抗拉强度波动范围,提高钢材机械性能,通过对其化学成分在精炼LF/RH工序处理过程中的变化进行研究,将C、Mn、Cr、S、N等成分控制在较小范围内,提高了钢水窄成分控制合格率。
In order to ensure the stability of the composition of dual-phase high-strength automotive plates,reduce the range of tensile strength fluctuations,and improve steel machinery performance.In this paper,by studying the changes of chemical composition in the process of refining LF/RH process,the composition of C,Mn,Cr,S,N and other components are controlled in a small range,and the qualified rate of narrow composition control of molten steel is improved.
