通才2号高炉焖炉快速恢复炉况实践

Practice of Quick Recovery of Tongcai No.2 Blast Furnace

因通才生产的临时调整,2号高炉于2021年6月28日进行焖炉操作。通过制定科学的复风方案,高炉在7月1日开始送风,高炉实际焖炉95 h,在开炉后16 h达到正常冶炼水平,实现了炉况的快速恢复。

Due to the temporary production adjustment of Shanxi Tongcai Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.,the No.2 blast furnace was stewed on June 28,2021.By formulating a scientific re-blowing scheme,the blast furnace began to supply air on July 1.The blast furnace actually stewed for 95 hours and reached the normal smelting level 16 hours after opening,realizing the rapid recovery of furnace conditions.
