昕昊达竖炉球团提质增产生产实践

摘要 昕昊达公司一期2台8 m^(2)竖炉现存在料柱阻力增加、燃烧室压力过高、助燃风流量较小等情况,竖炉利用系数只能维持在6.0 t/(m^(2)·h)左右。针对此问题,对竖炉主体设备进行改造,使竖炉利用系数达到8.33 t/(m^(2)·h)左右;同时对导风墙水梁进行重新设计,使竖炉年修周期由一年延长到两年以上。 As to the two 8m^(2) shaft furnaces in phase Ⅰ of Xinhaoda company,the utilization coefficient of shaft furnace can only be maintained at about 6.0 t/(m^(2)·h)under the conditions of increased material column resistance,high combustion chamber pressure and small combustion supporting air flow.In view of this problem,the main equipment of shaft furnace is transformed to make the utilization coefficient of shaft furnace reach about 8.33 t/(m^(2)·h).At the same time,the water beam of the air guide wall is redesigned to extend the annual repair cycle of the shaft furnace from one year to more than two years.
