Practice and Discussion on Improving the Cleanliness of Molten Steel of Sulfur-containing and Aluminum-containing Gear Steel

在钢铁生产中,含硫含铝齿轮钢钢液的洁净度是重点的关注话题。基于此,对现有齿轮钢生产流程进行研究,提出电炉终点控制、出钢脱氧、变流量底吹氩等改进技术并加以应用,有效提升了齿轮钢钢液的洁净度。

In iron and steel production,the cleanliness of molten steel of sulfur-containing aluminum gear steel is a key topic of concern.Based on this,the existing gear steel production process is studied,and a variety of improved technologies such as electric furnace end point control,tapping deoxidation and variable flow bottom argon blowing are proposed and applied to effectively improve the cleanliness of gear steel liquid steel.
