摘要
根据18105工作面实际情况,提出采用水力压裂技术弱化顶煤及顶板,在提高顶煤冒落性同时弱化顶板岩层、提高煤炭含水率;适当增加采面推进长度以及斜长,降低端头位置、初采及末采阶段煤炭损失量;优化放煤步距提高放煤效果。研究成果可为矿井其他综放工作面提高煤炭回采率提供经验参考。
According to the actual situation of 18105 working face,it is proposed to weaken the top coal and roof by hydraulic fracturing technology,so as to improve the caving property of top coal,weaken the roof strata and improve the water content of coal at the same time.The advancing length and inclined length of the mining face are appropriately increased.The position of the end and the coal loss in the initial and final mining stages are reduced to optimize the coal drawing step and improve the coal drawing effect.The research results can provide experience reference for improving coal recovery in other fully mechanized top coal caving faces.
