深孔定向钻进技术在瓦斯抽采工作中的应用实践

摘要 介绍了长平煤矿3号煤层六采区瓦斯抽采巷瓦斯抽采的实践作业,同时比较了深孔定向钻进技术抽采瓦斯与普通钻进技术抽采瓦斯的用时和效率上差别,实践总结:深孔定向钻进瓦斯技术的掘进效率是常规钻孔技术的两倍,瓦斯抽采纯量为常规钻孔的2倍多,瓦斯抽采体积分数是后者的3~5倍,抽采量是后者的16.8倍,深层定向钻进技术在煤矿瓦斯抽采作业效率上具有显著的优势。 This paper introduces the practical operation of gas drainage in the gas drainage roadway of No.6 mining area of No.3 coal seam in Changping Coal Mine,and compares the time and efficiency difference between deep hole directional drilling technology and ordinary drilling technology.The practice summarizes that the tunneling efficiency of deep hole directional drilling technology is twice that of conventional drilling technology,and the net amount of gas drainage is more than twice that of conventional drilling.The volume fraction of gas drainage is 3~5 times that of the latter,and the drainage volume is 16.8 times that of the latter.Deep directional drilling technology has significant advantages in the efficiency of gas drainage in coal mines.
