关于开发吉帕级超高强钢焊接技术的研究

使用窄搭接焊工艺焊接吉帕级超高强钢时,焊接工艺参数的摸索较为困难,调整多次参数后,焊缝才能勉强合格,给生产带来极大损失。为更好地解决吉帕级超高强钢焊接技术难及质量控制难问题,开展了吉帕级超高强钢焊接工艺研究,开发吉帕级超高强钢焊接质量控制技术,建立超高强钢焊接模型及参考软件,扩大了超高强钢焊接工艺窗口,保障了吉帕级超高强钢的稳定生产。

When narrow lap welding is used to weld the super high strength steel,it is difficult to find out the welding parameters.After adjusting the parameters several times,the welding seam can be barely qualified,which brings great loss to the production.In order to solve the difficult problems of welding technology and quality control of super-high strength steel,expand the welding process window of super-high strength steel,and ensure the stable production of super-high strength steel,the research on welding technology of super-high strength steel has been carried out,the welding model is established.
